This book is the result of thousands of hours of badger watching by the two authors. Mr. A.L.V. Middleton, a Veterinary Surgeon, is the Recorder of the British Mammal Society for Humberside and North Yorkshire (previously for the East Riding). Dr. R.J. Paget, a Medical Practitioner, is similarly the British Mammal Society’s Recorder for South Yorkshire and West Yorkshire (previously for the West Riding).
